五 | 　　呼和浩特市科技局党组书记、局长汪驰表示，相关项目将围绕9个科创赛道，依托50多个科创平台，聚焦80多个关键攻关方向逐步展开，让科研项目对准产业需求和企业实际问题。　　为降低科技企业融资和成果转化成本，呼和浩特将设立总规模1亿元的科创信贷风险补偿基金，融资担保机构费率不高于0.8%，同时试行“拨改投”“先投后股”，以财政资金带动社会资本投入早期科技项目。　　当地还将围绕重点产业建设概念验证平台、科技成果转化中试基地和中试公共服务平台，打通实验室成果到工业化试制的关键环节。

六 | 按照计划，到2030年，呼和浩特全社会研发经费投入、规模以上工业企业研发经费支出力争较2025年翻一番，技术合同成交额突破80亿元。
